n 2012, Lieber was awarded the Wolf Prize in Chemistry (shared with Paul Alivisatos) for his contributions to nanochemistry. In 2002, Lieber won the Breakthrough of the Year by Science Magazine and the Feynman Prize for Nanotechnology.[2] In both 2003 and 2004, he won the World Technology Award in Materials.
